Who qualifies for the REP Program?
Licensed Real Estate Sales Agents, Real Estate Brokers and licensed or certified Real Estate Appraisers with an active license. Other titles are not eligible, and proof of an active license is required at purchase.
Do I need a Colorado real estate license?
No. Agents, brokers and appraisers licensed in any state can qualify. We verify your active license through your state's real estate licensing website.
Can I combine REP savings with other Nissan offers?
REP incentives cannot be combined with Nissan retail incentives. Ask our team which offer saves you more on the vehicle you want.
Which vehicles are included?
Most new 2026 and 2027 Nissan models, plus the 2025 Kicks Play. Amounts vary by model, trim and model year. See the full incentive table on this page.
How long are these amounts good for?
The amounts shown are the October 2026 REP incentives and may change after November 2, 2026. We update this page when Nissan updates the program.
What should I bring to the dealership?
Your driver's license, your real estate or appraiser license number and the name of your brokerage or appraisal firm. We handle the license verification for you.
